Historia President Charles Chamberlain, Ph.D. specializes in providing quality historical content and museum services. 

Based in New Orleans, Chamberlain has over ten years in the museum profession, and has developed content for numerous large museum projects. An accomplished historian with a Ph.D. in U.S. history from Tulane University, Chamberlain has also been featured in and served as technical adviser for film, television, and radio programs over the past ten years. 

 He has published numerous articles on the history of jazz and New Orleans musical artists, the music and culture of the Gulf of Mexico basin, and his book Victory at Home: Race and Manpower in the South during World War II (University of Georgia Press, 2003).  

Since 2003, he has played guitar for the jazz roots group New Leviathan Oriental Foxtrot Orchestra.
